13.01.15 - CNC Setter Operators/Operators

The key duties of the post are as follows:

  • Working knowledge of CNC fanuc controls
  • Turning centre lathes
  • Able to read engineering drawings
  • Able to read micrometer

Skills/Attributes required:

  • Able to manage own quality control
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Engineering background, preferably fasteners or machined parts

 

Salary:

Rates will be negotiated

 

Hours:

8.00am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday (40 hours)

6.00pm to 6.00am – Monday to Thursday (48 hours)

16.03.15 - UK End User Sales Executive / Account Manager

The key duties of the post are as follows:

  • Responsible for the performance and development of a geographical area with the UK End User market.
  • Developing existing accounts by building relationships and site visits.
  • Responsible for the development of your area through bringing on board new customers through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Attains sales goals and profitability through following the UK End User sales strategy.
  • Dedicated account management, from initial sales contract review of orders through to despatch.
  • Liasion with sales administrator.
  • Maintain discipline, focus and drive within the UK sales team and Hydrobolt Group.
  • Reporting to the UK Sales Manager in a timely manner on the performance of your area.
  • To complete daily KPI’s and call plans for the UK Sales Manager.
  • To develop the sales area through arranging and completing on site customer visits at Hydrobolt Group.
  • To develop the sales area through arranging and completing off site visits at the customers / potential customers locations.
  • To assist the UK Sales Manager and to provide cover to the UK sales department when required.
  • To hit and exceed the area sales target.
  • To hit and exceed the KPI’s set for your area.

Skills/Attributes required:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a C grade pass in Maths and English as minimum.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Previous sales/selling experience essential.
  • Engineering background or fastener experience preferred.
  • Candidate must have the ability/potential to lead high profile meetings.
  • Have the ability to hold daily discussions with senior buyers/engineers at OEM & blue chip companies.
  • Have the ability to work within a pressurised environment & industry.
  • Proficient in the use of microsoft packages & outlook.
  • Must be target driven.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills.
  • Dedicated account management.
  • Ability to use initiative and make key decisions.
  • Ability to implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • High level of honesty and integrity.

Salary:

Dependant upon experience + excellent bonus scheme.

Hours:

8:30am – 17:30pm – half an hour lunch.
