24.02.14 - CNC Setter Operators/Operators

The key duties of the post are as follows:

  • Working knowledge of CNC fanuc controls
  • Turning centre lathes
  • Able to read engineering drawings
  • Able to read micrometer

Skills/Attributes required:

  • Able to manage own quality control
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Engineering background, preferably fasteners or machined parts

 

Salary:

Rates will be negotiated

 

Hours:

8.00am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday (40 hours)

6.00pm to 6.00am – Monday to Thursday (48 hours)

The key duties of the post are as follows:

  • Reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules
  • Conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work/completion dates and compiling reports on progress of work and production problems.

Skills/Attributes required:

Attainments:

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a C grade pass in Maths and English.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years recent manufacturing experience

Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages

Knowledge of fastener industry would be advantageous

Aptitudes:

High level of interpersonal skills

Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills

Ability to make decisions

Ability to use initiative

Ability to implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

High level of honesty and integrity

Salary:

£22 – £24k

Hours:

The key duties of the post are as follows:

We are now looking to strengthen our already established purchasing team and are actively seeking a newly qualified CIPS Purchasing professional who is looking for a career opportunity working within a group that is involved in all continental markets within our field.

Ideally we would welcome in applicant holding some experience of the oil and gas markets for fastener, raw materials, nickel alloys, and / or pipeline products in supply chain terms.

The applicant should be an ambitious individual who is interested in hitting the ground running and a long term career in a secure business that can offer significant opportunities for advancement based on results obtained.

Attainments:

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a C grade pass in Maths and English.

Experience:

CIPS qualified

A minimum of 3 years recent purchasing experience

Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages

Knowledge of fastener industry would be advantageous

Aptitudes:

Knowledge of steel/material grades

Knowledge of steel production processes would be advantageous

Able to travel abroad

High level of interpersonal skills

30.10.14 - UK End User Sales Executive

The key duties of the post are as follows:

  • Responsible for the performance and development of a geographical area within the UK End User market.
  •  Developing existing accounts by building relationships and site visits.
  •  Responsible for the development of your area through bringing on board new customers through prospecting & cold calling.
  •  Attains sales goals and profitability through following the UK End User sales strategy.
  •  Dedicated account management, from initial sales contract review of orders through to dispatch.
  •  Liaison with sales administrator.
  •  Maintain discipline, focus and drive within the UK sales team and Hydrobolt Group.
  •  Reporting to the UK Sales Manager in a timely manner on the performance of your area.
  •  To complete daily KPI’S and call plans for the UK Sales Manager.
  •  To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing on site customer visits at Hydrobolt Group,
  •  To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing off site visits at the customers / potential customers locations.
  •  To assist the UK Sales Manager and to provide cover to the UK sales department when required.
  •  To hit and exceed the area sales target.
  • To hit and exceed the KPI’S set for your area.

Attainments:

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a C grade pass in Maths and English.

Full UK Driving Licence

 Experience:

Previous sales/selling experience essential

Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages

Aptitudes:

High level of interpersonal skills

Salary:

Around £18k (dependant upon experience) + Bonus Scheme
